Shipping

Items will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of order. If you need an order shipped sooner, please contact me at jewelrybysusanyoung@cox.net to make special arrangements. An additional charge may apply.

For domestic orders (within the United States), items will be shipped First Class via United States Postal Service. All shipments will be insured. Below are the rates charged for shipping and handling, and insurance:

For the months of October, November, and December, domestic shipping rates will be a flat $5.00 per order for first class USPS shipping. Beginning January 1, 2010, the rates will return to original rates as follows:

Domestic Orders of: $0.01-$50.00: $6.50, $50.01-$85.00: $7.50, $85.01-$100.00: $8.50, $100.01-$200.00: $10.50, $200.00-and up: $12.50

We will ship to most Western European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. All international orders will be shipped First Class via United States Postal Service with an added Certificate of Mailing. Below are the rates charged for shipping and handling:

International Orders of: $0.01-$50.00: $8.50, $50.01-$100.00: $10.00, $100.01-$150.00: $12.00, $150.01-and up: $14

For orders placed in San Diego: If you would like to pick up your order in person rather than to have it mailed to you, please contact me by e-mail at jewelrybysusanyoung@cox.net or call me at (619) 857-8111 to place your order by phone and to pay me directly, rather than using the shopping cart feature on this website.
