All jewelry sold on this site is handcrafted with the highest quality materials available and with careful attention to craftmanship. However, due to imperfections in natural materials and the nature of handcrafting, perfection as found in machine-made items cannot be guaranteed.  I will strive to provide you with the best product possible.  Given my extensive education and experience in art and in working with metals, and the many long-time return customers, I am confident that you will be very happy with your purchases. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund, less shipping, within 10 working days.  Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition.  Shipping cost will be incurred by buyer.  If the merchandise is defective in any manner, a replacement will be mailed out within 5 days upon receipt of defective merchandise.  Seller will be responsible for shipping cost of defective merchandise. 

Since I make all the jewelry on this site, a part of my heart is in each one, so my goal is for the wearer to feel beautiful, confident, comfortable and to have a pride of ownership.
